Brown Butter Cranberry Pumpkin Cornbread Skillet Recipe

Ingredients
  1. 3 tablespoons butter
  2. 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  3. 1 egg, slightly beaten
  4. 1/3 cup pure maple syrup (can also use honey)
  5. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  7. 1 1/4 cups fine or medium ground yellow cornmeal
  8. 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  9. 1 tablespoon baking powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  11. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  12. 1 cup Wyman’s Frozen Cranberries, thawed
