Healthy Honey Flax Tahini Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 extra ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups mashed banana)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any kind of milk)
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour (or white whole wheat flour)
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
- 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- For topping: banana slices and black sesame seeds
