11. 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
12. ¾ cup shredded carrots
13. 1 cup raisins
14. 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1. 5 oz. cream cheese, softened
2. 6 Tablespoons butter, softened
3. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4. 2 cups powdered sugar
